Silvia was wonderful. We somehow lucked out and we were the only ones in this class, it is the off season and she was great, friendly, helpful, and fun. I can highly recommend this for everyone that comes into this area. It was a good memory for us.

My husband and I found Silvia's cooking school on Viator at the last minute as the class we had booked before coming to Rome was canceled at short notice. We really enjoyed Silvia's humorous approach and all her tips on cooking, especially the ones on ravioli. We also made zuchinni parmigiana and tiramisu. We highly recommend Silvia's Cooking School

Chef Sylvia was amazing!!! I did this class with my parents and we all said it was the highlight of our trip. Not only was the food amazing, but Sylvia was the best instructor/person ever. She balanced us doing the work with her doing the difficult/tedious parts perfectly and was super enthusiastic the whole time. Everyone should take this class!! We will always remember Chef Sylvia forever and are so grateful we chose her class. :)
