Yummy Italian cooking instruction!!!

The mozzarella venue was outstanding! Sara graciously rearranged our meeting since we were delayed In Sorrento heavy rain and traffic. She engaged us in her demonstration with enthusiasm. Our photos show her vibrant personality and our active participation. We enjoyed our appetizers and glass of wine, followed by a tour of the olive production and tasting. It would be best to notify the customer the change of location a few days prior rather than the day before. Due to inclement weather we were indoors instead of the scenic terrace, unfortunately. The price was little high but the event most worthwhile.

Guide was wonderful and very personable and informative. Family farm was lovely and cheese we made was so good. We had wonderful appetizers and wine. I think this is a great activity for all ages and would work for large groups as well . It was a bit of a drive outside city center .
