We had two guides..Bun on day 1 and Sam on day two..both were fantastic, knowledgeable and efficient with their own humour while having a very professional manner. The temples we saw were amazing and both guides gave us wonderful information about each one. They ensured we saw everything at the right time of day and avoided huge crowds where they could. We had a fabulous time on our two day temple tour with Journey Cambodia.
We were picked up promptly from our hotel on both days and Vichet our driver was very courteous supplying us with ice cold water and refreshing cold towels along the way. Sak, our excellent English speaking tour guide, was very friendly and his in depth knowledge allowed us to learn a great deal about the history of all the temples we visited. Sak knew just where to stand to get the best photos and was always on hand to take souvenir pictures of everyone on the tour. We highly recommend this tour if you are visiting the Angkor Wat area. Sok Chea was an excellent enthusiastic guide who brought the temples to life. His tour ensured it wasnt just temple after temple but broken up with the landmine museum, toilet snd food breaks and seeing traditional food and crafts being made. Our driver Mau was also excellent navigating the tricky roads. The highlight is definitely the sunrise of Angkor Wat - worth the 4am start I promise!

We have juat finished a two day trip with our guide Saruon Pal and driver Niro.
Our guide was wonderful, he had so much knowledge and passion, we learned so much. He was so generous with his time taking photos for the group so we have amazing memories of the day too.
Our driver was lovely and drove us around safely too. Cold water was unlimited and the cold towels after a long hot walk around the temples were very welcomed.

Great 2 day tour of all the major sites with our tour guide Pal and driver Vichit. They did a great job of taking us around and explaining everything, including a lovely sunrise at angkor wat. Lots of water and refreshing cold towels were provided when the sun was strong. Make sure to bring a big hat and lots of sunscreen, the sun and heat are no joke.

Sopheap Rath was my tour guide and Moa was the driver. This was an incredible experience! The days are long (especially waking up at 4am for the sunrise tour) but worth it. Sopheap was more than hospitable and even borrowed someone's scooter to take me to the restroom (it was too far to walk). He has an extensive knowledge of Cambodia and its temples. 10/10 recommend

Our guide Sokpee and driver Mr. Ha really took care of us. It was long days and super early morning on the second day, and they are always on time. Sokpee is patient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all the questions from the group and help find the good photo spots through the tour. Mr Ha always have cold towel and water ready for us after every temple, and it helped a lot during the hot days. I think the two day tour is a lot better than the sunrise one alone - you get to see some of the further out temples that are not too touristy yet.

Our Tour Guide Mr Sokeep and driver Mr Ha
Were fantastic! We visited eight temples and watched the sunset and rise in two days. Mr Sokeep kept us schedule and was so knowledgeable about all the sites. He took great care in explaining the history and helping us feel like we truly were part of the Siem Reap history!

It was an unforgeable tour. I highly recommend taking this 2-day tour to visit Angkor Wat complex. Our bus was with AC and our driver, Mr. Keal, provided wet towels and cold water after every stop. Our guide, Mr. Pal, was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining and taking photo.

We had a wonderful 2-day tour of Angkor Wat with Sak, following a well-planned itinerary that covered the major highlights, including Angkor Wat sunrise, Angkor Thom, Ta Prohm, Banteay Srei, and more.
Sak and our driver were both extremely friendly and attentive throughout the tour. We were regularly provided with cold water and refreshing towels, which was especially appreciated in the heat. Sak was very engaging and made a genuine effort to help the group mingle and bond with one another, which really added to the overall experience and made the tour feel more personal and enjoyable.
What truly stood out was how thoughtful he was—Sak remembered everyone by name and went above and beyond to ensure we got an excellent spot for the Angkor Wat sunrise, which made it a truly memorable moment.
As a small point for improvement (though not critical), I would have loved a bit more historical context about the Khmer Empire to better understand the significance of the temples we visited. That said, Sak was always there to answer any questions we had and the overall experience was fantastic, Sak’s warmth, organization, and care made this tour very enjoyable.
I would happily recommend Sak to anyone visiting Angkor Wat for a guided tour.

Fabulous 2 day tour hitting all the main temples and a few lesser known ones. Tour guide Mr. Sokpee was knowledgeable and friendly, full of useful information about both the temples and their history. Driver Mr Mao always ready with cold towels and water after each stop. We had a wonderful 2-day tour with Mr. Pal and driver Sha. Mr. Pal provided lots of information about the history of the temples and the deities represented, with pictures and videos on his iPad and repetition to help the information sink in. Umbrellas were provided for the rainy second day and Sha had cold water and cool towels on the bus after every stop. The temples are incredible to see - this tour has been the highlight of our trip so far!

Brilliant tour seeing 11 temples over the 2 days. The tour guide pal was excellent , full of information and great English he kept the group entertained and moving taking time to speak to everyone the driver Naro was great too always on time and keeping us supplied with cold water and towels. A great tour with a really fantastic guide. Our guide Sak was a perfect mix of knowledgeable, charming and nice. It's a great tour, but we definitely needed a nap after the sunrise tour. Day 1 was the sunset tour. It was pretty toasty hot but we did have an air conditioned bus and a cooler full of iced waters on the bus to help break up the heat. Day 1 had some great temples during the long day. The lunch place they took us to was inexpensive and pretty good. The sunset was nice up on a hill, but there were some clouds so that's the luck of the draw. Day 2 was an EARLY morning so we could get a perfect spot before others got there. Sunrise we're at the king: Angkor Wat. It's really peaceful and lovely pre-sunrise. Then we toured Angkor Wat and some others, probably the best temples too besides the obvious choice. We were done by around noon. We had a great time with Sak (and the driver Mao), I can't recommend Sak enough! I'd certainly recommend the tour to anyone.

The 2 day Angkor Wat temple tour was an interesting blend of history and adventure. The first day was action packed with visits to about 4 temples. There were stunning views and amazing commentary by our very well versed and knowledgeablw guide. We ended the day amongst a number of other keen travellers watching an amazing sunset. The hike was long but worthwhile.
For the next day we started early at 430am to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Though it was cloudy it was beautiful and serene.
We walked the halls of the amazing Angkor Wat..a site untold. The temples we viewed after were no less as majestic...each with their own character.
This tour was made that much more interesting due to our Tour guide Sack. He was exceptional. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the temples and the culture. He was engaging and knew all of the great photo opportunities. He even took the photos for all of the group members. Sack was passionate about the history and his country. I loved that he shared a bit about himself tragic as it may be. It certainly gave us a closer glimpse of the modern day history of Cambodia.
Thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend.

This was a great way of seeing all the different highlights in two days. Our guide, Mr. Pal, did a great job of explaining the history of the sites, answering questions, and taking photos.

The sunset was marred by the heavy smog which made viewing less than ideal. The incline up to the pinnacle for viewing was problematic for anyone with breathing issues or asthma due to the heat and pollution.
As far as the sunrise portion, be advised that we made our way there at 4:30am via iPhone flashlights and sat on the ground for 1.5 hours until the sun came up. In hindsight we should have opted for the sunrise and skipped the sunset since seeing Angkor Wat in shadow as the sun began to rise was worth it.
Overall our guide was knowledgeable and personable and he made the 2 days as enjoyable as possible. We had a great international group!

We had a wonderful day with Pal and Narro taking us round the surrounding temples of the Angkor heritage site. Pal explained everything very well, leaving time for questions throughout. The pace was excellent and you could tell how passionate Pal was about the culture and history. Pal used his iPad to assist in the delivery of the information, with written explanations and images also which was a great touch, especially for people like myself who are visual learners. We saw 9 temples in the first day, which is was great to optimise the day. Pal was very accommodating with taking pictures so solo travellers won't miss out on the picture opportunities. Narro was generous when we returned to the bus, providing cold water and towels. We asked if we could leave a day between the sunset and sunrise tour, and Pal and the company were very accommodating, allowing us to do this with no extra cost. I would highly recommend this tour for all travellers.

Great experience that brings you to all of the highlights (and many of the lesser known temples) within the Angkor complex! Note that the price does not include $62 pass to Angkor. The air conditioned van for our small group with endless chilled water was a necessity in the heat! The tour guide, Pal, was wonderful- funny, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great photographer! The driver Naro kept us safe and made for a comfortable ride despite rough roads.
I did not expect day one to be quite so long- it ran from 8am to roughly 7pm (included sunset). Many people book this tour through other websites, so perhaps the timing needs to be updated on Viator. Overall it was a bonus! Be prepared for lots of walking and very dusty paths.
