This is the Shared Airport Pickup and Transfer Services. To ensure a smooth and timely airport transfer (City to Airport) experience, travelers are firmly requested to be present in the hotel lobby at least 40 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Departures for our shared airport pickiup and drop-off take place every hour, offering flexibility to our valued customers. If you have booked our shared airport pickup services (Airport SAI - City), please remember to provide us with your name and accommodation details at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and cater to your specific needs. To ensure that you won't miss your pickup or waiting for the pickup for too long, please book the pick-up schedule with a gap of at least 40 minutes after your flight arrival time. For example; If your flight arrival at 8:30am, book your pickup schedule at 9:30am. Upon your arrival, please look for your drive with dark purple polo shirt and your name on the welcome sign. If you couldn't find the driver, feel worry free by just waiting in front of the SIM Card Store and contact us you have arrived.

Confusion regarding pickup at airport or hotel. Make sure it is accurate. Website a bit confusing as they thought booking was airport pickup.nShuttle service very pro-active and resolved 1 hour before pickup at hotel. Driver on time and good.

We used this service upon our arrival in Siem Reap and it was perfection!! The communication about where to meet the driver was clear. We arrived very early and got through immigration super fast but our driver was waiting for us. His car was really nice and his driving skills were extremely professional. Definitely worth booking in advance and excellent company. They were on constant contact to verify times and locations. Long 1 hour trip to and from the airport so likely a taxi would be risky and expensive.
