Vendor didn’t show up. Requesting refund from viator waited an hour after struggling to find meeting place. Very frustrating experience

Sorry about you misunderstanding the dates Kelly. Our host waited the day of the tour at the meeting point for 30 minutes and couldn't get any response from anybody on WhatsApp/call. Under TripAdvisor/Viator policy, guests needs to communicate with the host if they are not able to make it prior to the starting time, so that the tour can be re-schedule. We hope to have an opportunity to host you next time you are back in Seville
