Itinerary

Receive a pickup from your Seville hotel in either the morning or afternoon (depending on the trip you select), after which you’ll travel to the city’s famous ‘Alcazar’ to begin your excursion.

Discover the idyllic gardens and Moorish architecture of this royal palace, keeping your eyes peeled for the resident peacocks and carp that call the complex home. You’ll also hear about some of the ‘hidden’ secrets of this famous facility from your guide. Continue your trip by traveling to Seville’s Santa Cruz district, a collection of winding streets, flower-adorned plazas that is rich with ancient stories.

Finish the trip with a stop at Seville’s massive cathedral, the final resting place for iconic explorer Christopher Columbus and the site of the city’s famous ‘Giralda’ bell tower. You’ll end with a drop-off back at your Seville hotel or original starting point.

Great Tour of Seville with an Excellent Guide

We had a wonderful experience on our short visit to Seville, thanks to this well-organized tour. Our guide, Filippo, was fantastic – knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He shared fascinating information about the city’s history, especially about the Real Alcázar and the Cathedral. Due to limited time, we chose not to enter the Cathedral, but Filippo still gave us a great overview and walked us around the city, making the most of our stop. We visited the Real Alcázar, which was stunning, and appreciated the insight Filippo provided throughout. Highly recommended! Just a note to future travelers: tickets are not included in the tour price, so be sure to book your entry tickets and time slots separately and make sure they align with the tour schedule. I was also contacted in advance by both the office and the guide, which helped everything run smoothly.

Guide was not inspiring

Our guide was definitely no longer interested in guiding. He also gave way too many personal anecdotes and random stories about history that had nothing to do with the tours we were on. He also rushed us through the Alcazar.

The Alcazar is full of history, and the guides try to give their best. My family and I had a wonderful time exploring Seville with our guide, Jorge. Jorge met us at the Alcazar entrance and decided to start our tour with the Cathedral. Both attractions were crowded, but having Jorge with us granted us faster entry. The cathedral is amazing, and Jorge did a fantastic job pointing out the most interesting parts and facts. Then we went to the Alcazar, which is beautiful as well. Again, Jorge guided us through the palace, providing interesting information. He made sure our children 10, 13 were engaged and made it fun for them. We finished the tour exploring the Jewish quarter. I would recommend this tour!

Our guide Raquel was fantastic. She arrived promptly at our hotel and we walked to our destination. She was so informative and passionate about Seville, it was a great learning experience. She gave us recommendations for the rest of our stay as well. It involves a lot of walking but so worth it.
