The caves were a really unique part of the tour. Hadn't heard of them (the fortress was the big draw for me of the tour) but they were very impressive! The guide was very informative and both her and the driver did excellent jobs!

We originally booked for Nami island tour and they cancelled it due to cold /bad weather but apparently it was a sunny and fine day during our tour. They offered us this tour. There are long hikes in the caves 160++ steps down and light shows.

Alice was a wonderful guide taking us around and showing us the best photo spots. We arrived at our meeting spot early and we were able to start early as well. She answered all of our questions and encouraged us to ask about anything we were curious about. Mr. Kim, our driver, was excellent as well. Ensuring we arrived to each of our stops quickly and safely, plus meeting us at closer points so we didn’t have to walk too far in the hot sun! Highly recommend booking this tour with Alice!

We had an incredible experience on our tour thanks to our amazing guide, Hana. She led our group of about 15 people with such ease and professionalism—it never once felt rushed or chaotic. Hana struck the perfect balance between giving us enough time at each stop and keeping the tour running smoothly. Her timing was impeccable, and everything flowed effortlessly.
Beyond her organizational skills, Hana was warm, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She shared fascinating insights along the way that really deepened our appreciation for the places we visited. We never felt like we were being herded from place to place—she made it feel personal and engaging throughout. A truly outstanding guide who made our day both memorable and enjoyable!
One of the highlights of the day was the cave tour. While the cave’s history is deeply sobering—especially learning about its connection to slavery—it was handled with great respect and sensitivity. The visit was both thought-provoking and meaningful. On a more practical note, the cool temperatures inside the cave offered a very welcome break from the afternoon heat, making it an especially pleasant and reflective part of the experience.

Lovely day tour with an interesting my of Korean history and activities. The kids had a great time and the travel between was enough to give them rest without being too long. The kids said their favorite parts were the martial arts demonstration at the fortress and the lights in the cave. Our guide Juno was very helpful and kind and we really enjoyed his tour.

Lily made the tour fun. She is enthusiastic and gave excellent information and background for the places we saw. We had adequate time at each stop. She also helped us get the best photos. The planned itinerary was excellent. The Korean martial arts display was a favourite as well as the enormous Starfield Linrary. The Cave experience was inspired.
