Great service, driver was waiting with a sign as soon as we exited the baggage reclaim area. Very nice and spacious Hyundai van and loads of room for luggage. The driver helped with the bags and was a very good driver.

Absolutely awful experience and the worst way to start our trip. The driver was supposed to track our flight and didn’t and we ended up waiting for 30 mins for him to arrive. Driver didn’t have a sign with our name so it was difficult to find him. Driver kept taking photos of us and having to send photos to the office which made us super uncomfortable. Ultimately it took an hour to even get driving and was a weird and uncomfortable experience

Never found the driver, looked at the airport for over an hour. Nowhere to be found. No phone number that was working to contact whomever and the “contact point” is located in a secured area that is inaccessible. Very expensive and hard to get money back. Terrible experience after flying in on a red eye.

Viator agent kept in good contact prior to my arrival with getting the details of my travel. Day of arrival Steve contacted me and texted me a picture of where he was waiting with exact instructions. Van was VERY clean and lots of room for our 6 luggage's! Will definitely book again!

Highly recommended. Our driver waited patiently for us outside customs, as our luggage was delayed. He communicated with us by text as soon as we landed. Providing us with details on the meeting spot. Large van was provided that was comfortable for 5 people and 7 luggage items

The driver wasn't there when we arrived. Had to contact the company to locate the driver. When the driver called me to see where I was standing, we couldn't communicate because he didn't speak English. It was a bit frustrating after a 15 hour flight. After we finally meet up with the driver, the transfer to the hotel went smoothly.

This was a fantastic experience! Our driver met us at our hotel and packed the van so efficiently. Our luggage was quite large but he worked patiently to make it work. He was so kind and friendly. He made us feel very welcome. He also pointed out places of interest that we had missed a long the way. He got us to Incheon airport without any delays. The van was clean and comfy. I highly recommend using them for any airport transfers you may need!

Mr. Ko was waiting for us at the exit with a clearly label name so it made it easy for us to spot him. We were a traveler of 6 people and he for 6 large suitcases and 4 small carry-ons in his van. His van was very clean and very comfortable which was a blessing after sitting on the plane for over 11 hours. He was very professional and a good driver.
