Great service, driver was waiting with a sign as soon as we exited the baggage reclaim area. Very nice and spacious Hyundai van and loads of room for luggage. The driver helped with the bags and was a very good driver.

The driver met us at the customs exit at ICN. He was professional and pleasant. The ride was 1.5 hours in traffic and he drove safely and smoothly. The vehicle was immaculate.
Great communication - would highly recommend. Reminder messages provided ahead of schedule and a greeting message on arrival.
So I think there was a little confusion on pick up mine confirmation said one place and he was trying to pick me up in another but overall, he was a super nice guy
Kevin was so wonderful and patient! He was there waiting with a sign for us and he waited while we got SIM cards at the airport.

Our driver, David, contacted us the day before to confirm all trip details. He arrived early to load our 5 large suitcases plus 6 people. Van was very comfortable. He was a very pleasant driver, even pointed out some sightseeing items on the way to Inchon airport.

Absolutely awful experience and the worst way to start our trip. The driver was supposed to track our flight and didn’t and we ended up waiting for 30 mins for him to arrive. Driver didn’t have a sign with our name so it was difficult to find him. Driver kept taking photos of us and having to send photos to the office which made us super uncomfortable. Ultimately it took an hour to even get driving and was a weird and uncomfortable experience

Nice car. Good driver. We were relieved to have an organized ride. The pick up spot was co fusing but it all worked out.
Our driver was very helpful and gave me a heads up of the issue with the a/c but did have the air and windows open.
Our flight arrived four hours late but driver was there after we cleared immigration and provided a seamless ride to Seoul. Very good communication with company when I told them how late we would be.

Never found the driver, looked at the airport for over an hour. Nowhere to be found. No phone number that was working to contact whomever and the “contact point” is located in a secured area that is inaccessible. Very expensive and hard to get money back. Terrible experience after flying in on a red eye.
Our driver was early and got us to the airport quickly. From down town Seoul to Incheon this is the best way to go!

Everything was perfect. He picked us at airport at established time and dropped us off at hotel. We had a lot of luggage(6 family members) and he packed van well. All was perfect.

Highly recommended. Our driver waited patiently for us outside customs, as our luggage was delayed. He communicated with us by text as soon as we landed. Providing us with details on the meeting spot. Large van was provided that was comfortable for 5 people and 7 luggage items

The driver wasn't there when we arrived. Had to contact the company to locate the driver. When the driver called me to see where I was standing, we couldn't communicate because he didn't speak English. It was a bit frustrating after a 15 hour flight. After we finally meet up with the driver, the transfer to the hotel went smoothly.
Service minded and kind driver. The office lady was informative and answered questions quickly. We were 6 people with much luggage.
