Pickup is available from hotels and accommodations in Bali including Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, and Sanur. Airport pickup is also available. Please provide your exact pickup/drop-off (if different) location at the time of booking. Pickup time typically starts in the evening between 18:00–20:00 (6pm-8pm), depending on your location. Exact pickup time will be confirmed one day before departure. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or at the agreed pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If your accommodation is located in a narrow street or area not accessible by car, a nearby meeting point will be arranged. Our driver or team will contact you prior to arrival. Your journey will begin with a transfer and ferry ride from Bali to East Java. Travel time may vary depending on traffic and ferry schedule.
