My husband and I made Umrah with Aqueel.
Aqueel contacted us the day before to arrange the time and meeting place. It took a little time due to the huge crowd but we met. Aqueel was very professional and made sure we all stayed together and recited all the necessary Duas. He even escorted my husband to the barbershop to get his haircut.

Aqueel’s brother, Nabeel, was our tour guide for our first ever Umrah. It was an amazing experience. Nabeel was with us every step of the way, guiding us and helping us recite the correct dua during tawaf and saee. 10/10.

We booked the guide and arranged a time and place. Unfortunately, the guide didn't show up. We waited for 45 minutes. I passed this on to Viator, but they still wanted to receive the money. I asked for a refund as we did not receive the service but no way. They didnt accept the refund! I will never make a booking with Viator again. Very unprofessional and the Customer Care Centre does not respond. I have now passed this case on to my lawyer. Do not book through this site!!!

Communication prior to the tour needs to be better. Whatsapp message 2 days before Umrah was ignored, so had to contact Viator to facilitate the communication.

My wife and I traveled from Albuquerque New Mexico to Mekkah for Umrah. Our guide was brother Aqeel. He was very professional, courteous and patient with us to guide us through the Umrah process. He recommended us to be able to attend both Maghreb and Isha prayers during Umrah. It was really rewarding experience for us. May Allah give him lots of reward.
