Hatim was outstanding throughout our Umrah experience. He has a remarkable way of explaining each step with clarity, depth, and the right pace, which made everything easy to follow and deeply meaningful—especially for those new to Umrah. He was incredibly patient, consistently checking in on my son and me, walking around to ensure safety in crowded areas, and making sure we did not feel rushed or left behind.
