The tour is not of the Factory. You walk into a room, watch a video and walk out into a small gallery of old Kiswa. Not worth time. Our driver was excellent.

It is the ride transportation only .. the tour is self guided and very simple and easy ..
I would book again .. it was nice to see for adults and children

An experience not to be missed!
The Kiswa factory is a guided tour of how the process started until the present day.
Unfortunately we were unable to do a personal stitch … overall an amazing experience!

The timing that you sign up for will change. It depends on the visitor hours and the availability of the driver. We were provided snacks, had a comfortable clean ride and the drivers English was good. You will also be going to Hubadiyah and you can put on the ihram at the masjid there if you want to perform umrah. You need a guide to visit the kiswa factory and i highly recommend the partner company Muhabiya transport who will be the ones contacting you the day before your tour
date on whattsapp.
