We meet at via Gioiosa, Tramariglio, left turn at Casa Gioiosa and make your way to the car park where you'll see Clark with the kayaks at the back gate by the beach. If you can't get to Tramariglio please send us a message. Please confirm whether you are happy with single kayaks or prefer a double.

Very pleasent experience after the kayak expert Clark introduced us to the main techniques of paddling. Swimming in a small bay in the middle of the trip provided a needed refreshment as the day was very hot. During pleasent talks we have learned a lot about Sardinia and other interesting places to visit, good restaurants etc.

Amazing kayaking experience in Sardinia

I had excellent kayaking experience, the service was great, I got a lift from a nearby location, I just had to hop off the bus and get on the provided car transfer, I was delivered to the kayaking starting point. I was given good quality equipment: proper sea kayak, waterproof bag, adjustable paddle, proper big hat for the kayaking. For the snorkelling they provided watershoe and snorkelling equipment. This program really made me happy, the environment was so beatiful and the guide was so friendly and helpful. I have to mention the polite and friendly lesson in kayaking before we started out, that can be really helpful for beginners and even for more experienced kayakers. We had a snorkelling and a coffee break at beatiful locations along the way. The only thing I have to mention on the flip side is that this was about 4 hours including everything with returning to the starting point and I have only learned about this planned duration while already sitting in the kayak. (The title of the service on Viator is "Half day sea kayak trip" now when I write this review and was also when I have booked and participated). My love is sea kayaking and I was expecting to spend close to 7 hours with kayaking based on the title, therefore I did not plan anything else for that day. Anyway I made the best of my newly found free time and I went by foot for about 2-3 hours to the Neptune's Grotto, visited to Grotto with guiding and took a boat trip back to Alghero from there after the Grotto visit. All in all this kayaking experience was to be remembered for a lifetime, highly recommend to anyone beginner or expert. I would participate again with same conditions if I had the time, it well worth the money. :)

Magical Sardinian Sea Kayak Experience

This was a fantastic day. Clark the guide and organiser was excellent - highly knowledgeable, patient, and calm. A great teacher. The kayaks and equipment were top quality and completely comprehensive - even down to string for glasses that might otherwise be lost! Clark also makes a delicious mortadella roll, and is great company. The trip is excellent value. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Sardinia - highly recommended. Worth remembering the full day trip is quite strenuous (it is sea kayaking after all), so if you doubt your stamina, message Clark and he'll advise. He's 100% trustworthy, and will make sure you have a great day on the beautiful Sardinian seas.

Super expérience de kayak sur la mer le long des falaises avec arrêt dans une crique pour snorkling. Instructeur Yann super sympas et avenant, . On passe vraiment 3h sur l'activité en toute sécurité avec quand même une liberté de traversée. Il y a un temps en plus pour les explications (très claires), et la mise à l'eau. Kayak haut de gamme. Je recommande fortement.

Paesaggi bellissimi ma servizio assente

A prescindere dai paesaggi bellissimi, il servizio è stato pessimo. Il costo (70€) è troppo elevato per quello che prevede l'escursione. La guida è stata presente solo per i primi 10 minuti in cui ci ha spiegato come usare la pagaia, e poi successivamente è scomparsa! Per tutto il tragitto è stata a parlare solo con un escursionista, lasciando solo il resto del gruppo e non ci ha spiegato neanche dove eravamo. Credo che il prezzo giusto sia intorno ai 30€.

Vincenzo, I am sorry you had a bad experience. I will address some points: I never leave my guests to kayak on their own – I allowed you some space as you were with your girlfriend and checked on you when she looked tired and offered to tow her – but you declined this offer for her. I always, know where all the kayakers in the group are. I will suggest in future it might be advisable to take a double kayak as she was tired paddling on her own and the group was slowed down a lot because of this situation. For most people on holiday this is not a problem though as they like to take their time. I explained at the beginning before we were on the water where we were going, so if you were unsure you could have easily asked me to remind you. The price for a 3-4 hour half day trip with a guide is the normal rate and not expensive – a 1:15 hr kayak trip with guide costs 25€ and a rental without guide 10€/hr – also the equipment I import is the best on the island, with the guides I use and myself are the most qualified and highly experienced in Sardinia. But I am always upset if people on my trips don’t have a good time and I will try in future to ensure I recommend a double kayak if one of a pair looks like they might struggle and I take safety very seriously and feel I knew exactly where you both were during the entire trip.
