My experience with Joaquim was absolute perfection. It was absolutely amazing to see Sete Cidades and Lago do Fogo. Everything was timed perfectly for a relaxed, yet eventful experience rooted in understanding more deeply the island’s customs and culture. I 100% recommend this experience and I suggest you request Joaquim to be your tour guide.

The views were amazing and we were taken to viewpoints we would not have reached on our own. Lunch was good too.
However as it was booked as an English tour, it was annoying how much time the guide spent speaking in Portugese to the one Portugese visitor, even though her English was excellent, and he didn't translate those conversations for the rest of us.

This tour was an absolutely amazing experience! It beautifully showcased the diverse Azorean landscape, featuring everything from calderas and lagoons to waterfalls. Joaquim, our guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable about both the natural environment and the rich culture of the Azores.

We had such a great experience exploring the island with our guide João - he showed us various spots on the island including beautiful vistas, a great lunch, waterfalls, thermal pools and more. He personalized the tour for us and was super accommodating and flexible. We had a great experience!

I would give this zero stars if I could. The reason is that he was supposed to be picked up at our hotel at 9 AM. Leaving there about 840 when no one came by 9:15. He started to get concerned. I eventually reached by Viatour because I couldn’t get in touch with Green visions, which was the name of the tour company. Viator was also enabled to reach green visions. Nobody ever did show up Viator finally verified that we were not at fault and we were refunded our entire amount Paid. We lost a half a day. Luckily our hotel was able to book us a private afternoon tour and we were able to see almost all of what we were supposed to see on the tour we had booked if you requested me picked up at your hotel. Make sureThat it is going to happen if you use Green vision tours.

As soon as we become aware of the situation, we promptly refund your reservation. It was our company who made the refund and not the viator.
That day, our entire team was working outside the office and we were unable to answer your call.
This was an atypical situation because our company always honors its commitments and bookings, our reviews prove this.
