My tour in the morning had a time change because the the ferry boats, needed to pick up and drop people off. As a result no tender boars. The company was the gracious to give me a full refund., this was not my fault and I appreciate the.Reflexibility and kindness. Thank you

When booking, the provider did not issue us a voucher with a name. This almost led to the company almost not wanting to take us!! Could be clarified by phone...First we went to the hot sulphur bath - moving on board is possible; you have to towels etc. Bring your own- 60m swim; there was a swimming noodle who wanted; unfortunately it wasn't really warm- it was bubbling in a few places- well... for there and back about 30 min. Then we went on to the volcano - all in a quick run. It was informative, but everything rather unrelaxed - 20 min in total more, would have brought the relaxation in... up to the top walking everything together 1.2h - everything together took max. 3h as promised.
