This was, without exaggeration, one of the most extraordinary travel experiences of my life. They weren’t simply running an excursion, they were sharing a piece of their culture, their traditions, and their love for the island. Their hospitality was genuine, their enthusiasm infectious, and their attention to every detail exceptional. I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and very few experiences leave a lasting impression years later. This will be one of them.
