Very interesting visit. Information presented well. Fascinating history of volcanic activity across the region and theory of Plato’s writings.

Good place to take small kids!

The museum was very informative and educational about the history of Greece and Atlantis. It is a good place to take small children. However, they have a 3D video movie that could be scary for small children below 5. Other that that, cute museum on the island.

Best for Young Children

Simple activity which would be best for young children. Our family included two adults and two teenagers, the museum lasted us about an hour. We saw many young kids who were having a blast! Historical information was the highlight.
