Maddalen was a most excellent tour guide! She was full of enthusiasm and she is from the Basque country so her knowledge of the culture and the way of life was gained by experience. The tour was informative, and the food was fantastic! We are so full we are not eating dinner tonight! The whole thing was wonderful! A great way to spend our last day in San Sebastian before we leave for Bilbao. Thank you Maddalen!

This was the best tour! Our guide Maia was excellent. I think our small group.of 4 were the only tourists in a crowd of locals but we were made to feel very welcome. The meal was delicious with an endless supply of cider right from the barrels.

An excellent experience. You get taken to a small cider house out in the country, a kind of place you probably would never find on your own. You get to see how the operation works and get to enjoy an incredible meal with a large group of Basques. The guide is extremely helpful, including communicating all your food preferences to the host

Tour guide was exceptional. The complete tour, I would give it an 8 out of 10. Showing people in action making the cider would have been nice. If you can't should it live at least show a film.

A really really good cider tour. We visited one cider house and had an amazing tour. It included walking through the apple trees and the processing area. We enjoyed unlimited cider and the food was really delicious. Our guide was really friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Great tour & guide. Lot of food and drinks if you want. Spring season is for drinking tap from the barrels and fall is seeing the orchard full of apples.

Our guide Maya made the experience wonderful! So knowledgeable about the history, area, culture and people. The food was top notch and plentiful and the cider delicious. It was a small group and accommodated both English and Spanish speakers. So worth the cost!

We learnt about the history of cider making and the production. Our guide Myella was great and very easygoing.
We are not big cider drinkers back home but this was different and very yummy. Over a traditional lunch we had time to chat with others from the bus. It was lovely.

Our tour guide Maialen was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. A true lover of the local cider industry, she explained not only the process of making the cider but also the importance of cider making in the Basque family culture. The luncheon was delicious and plentiful, including all the cider you wished to drink. This small group tour was a great value and highly recommended!

I hope you are ready to eat a lot of food and enjoy some cider because this is excellent. You will pour your own cider and eat a lot of food. The guides know a lot and are very helpful on the grounds and getting you to and from the cidery.
