We had such a wonderful romantic picnic experience! Everything was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully put together. They treated us so well, were extremely friendly and welcoming, and made the whole experience feel special. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend them!

Naming was misleading as the picnic was on the waterfront but it was not a beach picnic. For what I paid, I expected more as it relates to the food. The small box of cheese and fruit was less than expected as well. Overall, cute but extremely overpriced.

I just wanted to clarify that everything included in the picnic, as well as the location, is described in the Viator listing before booking. The experience is a **waterfront picnic**, not a beach picnic, and the description also specifies that the food provided is a **snack**, not a full meal. In addition to the two individual charcuterie boxes, your picnic also included a separate snack box with popcorn, chips, and mixed nuts.
I also want to mention that reservations made through Viator include additional service fees charged by the platform, which is why the final price is higher. I do not receive the full amount paid by guests. In addition, we pay a permit fee to use the picnic location. Our pricing is carefully calculated to include all of these costs while remaining fair and allowing us to provide a quality experience.
I truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our experiences. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts, and I wish you all the best.

Great location along the beach the set up for my anniversary Picnic was beautiful the vendor even let us stay a little longer to go set up another location. We had to do nothing but just enjoy our time.

It was a nice setup but 3 rats came and we left a hour early it would have been nice to reimburse a couple dollars back for the inconvenience..

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry your experience did not meet expectations. As this was an outdoor beach picnic, wildlife and environmental factors can unfortunately sometimes be outside of our control, we pay for a permit from the municipality to use the beach for picnics. However, we completely understand how uncomfortable that experience must have been.
Your concerns were taken seriously, we reached out to the municipality and informed them about the wildlife issue, so that they can take care of the issue.
We also personally reached out and processed a refund through Viator as part of our effort to resolve the matter professionally. Unfortunately, we originally refunded the wrong client. Due to our error, we decided to refund you $100 instead of the agreed upon $85.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding staff interaction and are addressing this internally to continue improving our guest experience.
We value every client and appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve.

Get ready to approach a beautifully lit shaded area that is designed to be comfortable too. I removed my sandals to move around the area. Basket included multiple games and wipes to clean whatever. The charcuterie filled our bellies with tasty mini-sandwiches and a combination of cheeses. Grapes were large, crisp, and juicy. Although I mentioned an allergy to almonds, I didn’t expect the replacement to be marshmallows, instead of cashews, dried cranberries, or apricots. An add-on for chocolate strawberries turned to be gourmet with white and dark chocolate covered strawberries in various candy toppings. The strawberries were huge and delicious. Another add-on for painting wine glasses added to a fun, romantic evening; it included a variety of colors of pens and paints.
We will remember a great evening in Puerto Rico!!

I brought my girl to PR for a V-Day trip and had this waiting for us. The setup was amazing. Very romantic. She was so happy and excited. The view of the water and the sunset was incredible

My wife and I are on our honeymoon and I thought this would be romantic. The night we were supposed to go, there was some miscommunication when booking it and it ended up being the same time as another excursion we were doing. They were super accommodating and allowed us to move it to the next day. On the next day it started raining 20 minutes before we went and they asked if they could be creative with how it looks and we said of course. When we arrived, we were treated with a beautiful bubble tent and display for our night under the stars. We watched families swim, we played games, we drank and ate, and we just fell in love all over again. If you want a romantic excursion, they will hook you up.
I will say, it’s not a meal so don’t go in expecting to not feel peckish after. I recommend having dinner plans for after.
