After contacting the tour guide the day before the tour to confirm all is set, he never showed up nor answered his phone. Had to contact viator to find out what was happening. 45 minutes after tour was supposed to start I heard from tour company to try to reschedule for another time. We had already booked something else. I understand that things happen but not very professional that I had to track down company. They should have contacted me before the scheduled time to try to schedule a later time with a different tour guide. I just feel like it was it not handled very unprofessional. Have used viator many times all over the world and never have been disappointed with their service.

Would not recommend sadly :( wikipedia might work better!

The guide was not very knowledgeable sadly, and got a lot of facts wrong which was strange. When we looked up a lot of the facts that seemed suspect and in retrospect a lot was wrong - he wasn't able to answer basic questions and maybe was just making stuff up? It basically was just like walking around with a friend who was reading off of a phone. We thought that for this price we would get a nice tour, but we stopped outside of all of the attractions (Cathedral, Forts, house of Ponce de Leon) because he said we had to pay. He was nice and there were a couple cool facts we wouldn't have known (where pirates were buried) but this tour was a huge rip off overall :(

Stroll through Old San Juan

We had a wonderful walk with Stephanie thru old San Juan. She met us at the place we stored our luggage after getting off the cruise ship, so it was very easy and convenient. We were in town during San Sebastian festival so there were a lot of extra people, but Stephanie navigated us around smoothly. She brought us back to our luggage storage and even offered recommendations for getting a bite to eat. Great time!
