It was okay: mixed experience

The day tour of La Paz was a mixed bag for me: the experience of the waterfall gardens & refugee wildlife itself was good, but the organization & service of the (advertised) full day trip was unsatisfactory. First of all, the itinerary said that we would start at 9 am, visit a coffee plantation, then La Paz. What actually happened: I was picked up at my hotel at 11:10, the driver didn't speak at all until we made a 30 minute stop at a store (way too long to use the restroom & for souvenirs). Without asking, he would not have told us that we would meet the actual group and tour guide here. This happened and finally after noon my "full day tour" really started. I noticed that the other people in the bus had already done the coffee plantation stop, so I realized, this stop will not happen for me. We went straight to La Paz - that's what I call false advertising. La Paz itself, the waterfall gardens & the refugee animal "zoo" were quite nice - I liked the variety of animals, but didn't expect to see them caged up like in a zoo. And what wasn't ideal: the group was too big and spread out to get much information from the guide (unless you stayed close to him). So: definitely overpriced and not the best company to book this experience. But yes, visit La Paz (on your own or with another company).

We appreciate your observations and we have taken note of every detail, unfortunately we had a problem with transportation, however we were able to resolve it in order to take the passengers to take the tour, with respect to the group that joined you on the souvenir, they booked the complete tour with the Poas volcano and the visit to Doka, in your case it was only a visit to La Paz. Thank you so much

Omg!!! My experience was BREATH-TAKING! MAGNIFICIENT!! Words can't express how I feel! The tour guide was excellent and the sights seeing was unbelievable
