Very experienced guide. Had 2 of us with mobility issues and he was patient and friendly and considerate. I was with a cruise tour group of 30 about 3 weeks prior and this tour was sooooo much better. Worth the difference in price.

Our driver was a bit late picking us up due to traffic, but we were still able to have our scheduled time visiting Pompeii. He dropped us off at Pompeii and connected us to our tour guide, Enrique, who was fabulous guide. He showed us the significant highlights and buildings of Pompeii and gave us great information about the city and what happened on that fateful day to the people and the city. He answered our questions and gave us time to take pictures and to view to site. We had a great tour and would highly recommend our guide.

This tour was amazing. We loved our driver who picked us up at the ship and drove us to Pompeii. There we met our tour tour guide Suzy. She purchased our tickets and the tour began. We walked through the streets observing the city and hearing how life was during this time. Once the tour was over we met our driver and returned to the ship. Suzy was not the most personable guide but she had a lot of knowledge that she shared. It was amazing. I would recommend to all!

The actual tour of Pompeii with our private tour guide was amazing! She was very personable,extremely knowledgable about the history and archaelogical details of the site and provided us with an extremely well organized tour which is so important when you have limited time to tour. I would rate the tour guide on her own a 5 star! My overall rating of 3 stars was due to the fact that our driver did not speak any English and was not very personable and the lunch included was not very good (poor service and poor quality food). GIven the chance to arrange a tour again I would have skipped the lunch and added in an excursion to one of the small seaside beach towns nearby.
