We provide a briefing session for all our customers who arrive one day before the tour. This takes place at their hotel between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm. If you arrive on the same day, our staff will meet you at the train station holding a sign with your name and will assist you with purchasing the bus tickets to Machu Picchu.

We purchased 4 non refundable tickets to Circuit 2 in Machu Picchu in April. Less than 72 hours prior to our trip we were told they never secured the tickets for Circuite 2 and gave us 1B and said out of courtesy they will also include Circuit 3. The night before the tour I found out they couldn't secure Circuit 3 either. They do not give the tour that you purchase. DO NOT USE SAYARIQ TRAVEL. I hope Viator will make it right.
