I was sold a package for machu picchu that i was not able to use as they sold me an early visitor pass, bit the timing was too close for that. When i asked for a refund the same day, i was told this is not possible.
It terrible as i made it very clear to the online agent when my arrival dates were and even confirmed a few time before payment that the tickets would be immediately available.... which they were not

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Willka Travel! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We weren’t sure if we’d even be able to get tickets in-person to Machu Picchu since we only new about our trip a few weeks ahead of time, but everyone at Willka was extremely responsive, kept us updated throughout the process, and managed to secure tickets for us right as we arrived in Aguas Calientes.
They met us at the train station, guided us to the bus, and our guide met us at the entrance. Our guide, Ulises, was amazing—funny, knowledgeable, and full of great stories. He made the history of Machu Picchu come alive and also took tons of photos of us in different poses with the stunning views in the background.
I can’t recommend Willka Travel enough if you want a seamless, stress-free, and truly memorable visit to Machu Picchu!
