Not as advertised

The trip was not as advertised. Drove from casa de campo to punta Cana and not luxurious, just private. Also they made as pay an additional $100 for transportation even though the tour was advertised out of casa de campo. Then nothing luxurious on the boat they just served rum punch and water and we wasted 3 hours driving in a car

NEVER AGAIN

The actual experience was great, but PLEASE WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS. The men on the boat and in the water are working together to steal and scam you. It was a random white guy in a private boat they was very close to our boat. Thank God we had people who never got off the boat and we put our belongings under the seat, so our things was safe. The picture guy tried to charge us $650 for the pictures. DO NOT TAKE THE PICTURES WITH THE PARROT. They chaege us $30 to take the picture but because we didn't purchase ALL the picture they said THIS IS ONLY THE "FEE" TO TAKE THE PICTURES, NOT FOR THE ACTUAL PICTURES. They also tried to charge us for some sun glasses they we lost and they found. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.......

Dear Lashonda, We appreciate your feedback and will make sure to make a report however would like to clarify that we run this excursion in a public area and the photographers, parrots and monkeys are not part of our company neither part of our team, only the people with uniform are part of our team which is the captain, dancer, bartender and the marine. We have never let strangers from other boats get into our boat and we make sure to keep the safety for our guests all the time. We have never get nothing stolen from the boat and in many cases we have returned cellphones, shoes and different other belongings that our clients left. Not pleases with a few things

The actual boat experience was good. The crew was great. However, the pick up went to the wrong hotel so we were late leaving. When we got to the boat, it was supposed to be a three hour excursion and it ended up being 2 1/2. There was a photographer on board which took amazing pictures, but the package was $400. The actual boat experience was a lot of fun however I can’t say it was worth $1000 the issues we had. I paid that amount of money for three hour excursion and taking 30 minutes away from that and significant.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we appreciate your opinion and will make sure to improve for future clients, however would like to clarify that we can’t do anything when the resort listed on your reservation is not the one that you are located, it is really important for us to get the right information in order to provide the best service. In regards of the photos this is not mandatory and prices go from $150 to $400 depending on the amount of photos. One more time thank you so much for your review.

Great experience with minor set backs

Minor issue with pick up but the boat ride itself was fun. Loved the slide and just partying in the natural pool. One downside was we didn’t get the full 3 hours we were promised onboard. We were about 30 mins short & the captain said the excursion time included transportation to the dock which wasn’t what I was told. Also the speakers were terrible so we couldn’t fully enjoy the sound system. I read previous reviews and knew the snacks wouldn’t be sufficient so we ate before hand and also brought our own drink pouches. I didn’t think there was a photography option so I was relieved that we wouldn’t feel harassed about pictures but there was photography on board. The good: the pics were great and some of us purchased. The bad: sometimes they took over when you’re taking a picture and they decide to take them for you this forcing you to purchase the pics they took instead. But overall the experience was great just look out for those things.

Overall the experience was great. The only issue I have we weren’t able to use the water slide which was the main reason for booking it. That was very disappointing.

Yacht Experience

The yacht experience was very nice. Music, cocktails, fruit, chips, and salsa to eat. You will have so much fun. You meet up with other yachts; at that point you can get off the yacht to swim, meet other peoples, visit other yachts, and buy alocohic beverages. Music is provide. The only downfall is the photographer will try to scam you. He will tell you to not discuss the price of photos that he gives you with other friends & family cause he gone give you a "special deal". When he says that, stop and gather everyone around to see what the price will be. The pictures will be sent via email.

The Best Private Party Boat Ever!!!

Everything about this Private Party Boat Experience was great!! The hotel transport was great. The driver was on time & very Pleasant. He had a wide selection of music for us to play on our drive to the excursion point.. He was very professional.. Next was the meeting of Michael Jackson our Excursion guide. He was very thorough & clear regarding all rules & regulations. I knew that my party of 16 were in Great hands!! Next was the Party crew on the boat. I can't say enough about them. They were ALL Great!! They made sure the party started as we step foot on the boat all the way until we returned. The booking process was a breeze.. Thanks to Viator...I informed them that we are celebrating a 50th birthday and they did not disappoint... They had balloons around the boat & provided a spectacular presentation with song & cake... I couldn't have asked for a better celebration for my brother.

SO MUCH FUN! 10/10 would recommend to everyone. The shuttle communicated the pick up. We went snorkeling, visited the dolphins and swimming. Drinks were delicious.
