Girls trip

When booked we were told trip was at 8am. The day before I texted to confirm trip and we were told they were picking us up at 710, if I had not called we would have been late. Once we arrived at the place there was a lot of confusion, some due to no English some due to not having reservations correct. Overall trip was a lot of fun, beach was beautiful and cave swimming was a unique experience. Plus getting muddy was fun.

Thanks for the comment. It's not a misunderstanding; it's just that if the excursion starts at 8:00, we can't pick everyone up at 8:00 because there are so many people. Also, since you were at a very remote location, the Club Med hotel, we had to pick you up 45 minutes early so everyone could enjoy the experience equally. Thank you so much !!!!

Amazing trip. Our guide (coka cola) was great at keeping the energy moving. We had time to explore all the locations independantly of the group. The company responded to all our questions on WhatsApp.

Here are all the surprises we received upon showing up: 1) started 1 hour late, 2) pressured to buy stuff when arriving at gift shop, 3) only kids 17+ can drive, 4) bring your own goggles and bandana or you have to buy them at THEIR gift shop and 5) pressured to buy stuff at every stop (chocolate place, cave & beach). Oh, and if you want pictures it is an extra $120. Be forewarned! I would not recommend this tour.

The excursion was organized with a great host. The stops were awesome, we enjoyed them all. The beach was beautiful, the chocolate and coffee tasting was amazing, I left with plenty. My entire group loved the cenote, it was a great experience.
