Pick up was 30 mins late

We booked to be picked up at 1.15pm. 10 mins before that time we received a message to say the driver was running behind and would be 5-10 mins late. However driver didn't arrive until 1.45pm so a full half hour later than we booked. Pretty poor tbh

There was a mix up with the Terminal pick up due to flight change but it got sorted out! Reimburse our driver was great. He is very courteous and even assisted us with our bags to the AIRBNB. Great service overall.
