Itinerary

Spend the day exploring Dominican Republic aboard an electronic Segway. These self-balancing machines are controlled by movement and a knowledgable guide will teach you how to accelerate, turn and maneuver yours through private beaches, golf courses and stunning landscapes. You'll make a stop at Ojos Indigenas, a forest reserve that's home to 12 freshwater lagoons. You'll cruise through subtropical rainforest and stunning natural surroundings in this truly unique outdoor experience. Pack comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, camera and any other outdoor essentials to ensure the perfect day outside!

They never came to pick us up...

They never came to pick us up despite a confirmed pick up time and location. We showed up 5 minutes before our scheduled pick up time and no one ever came. Waited 25 minutes and then called the tour operator Gray Line. The woman tried telling us the driver waited 45 minutes for us and left. There was only one main entrance to the resort and we were standing in front of it. We checked with the guard at the gate, the concierge in the lobby and the front desk person and no one had been there to pick up for this tour. I explained all of this to the Gray Line representative and she hung up on me. My husband then called and tried to get an explanation and she hung up on him too.
