    Pick up provided from any hotel in the Punta Cana area. For customers not staying in a hotel (condos, apartments, villas) we will arrange a pick up point close to their location. Pick ups go from 6 to 7:30 am and each hotel has a different one, so this will be provided after receiving the reservation.

    • The path to reach the waterfall includes a steep and pretty narrow stairway, so you have to be in good physical conditions.
    • During the horseback activity to reach the waterfall you will be guided by volunteers. They are not paid, so please tip them at the end of the activity if you have a chance.
    • The trail has been improved recently and now you have also the option to reach the waterfall hiking. Bear in mind is around 20-25 minutes walk.
    • The trail to reach the waterfall is usually very muddy. You will have to wear rain boots provided by the ranch. Bring long sockes if you think you'll need it.
