Booked online and got the email and tickets! Waited for the pickup and it didn’t arrive the hotel rang the operator and they won’t collect as it’s to far!! I don’t understand as I got confirmation of the booking

Unfortunately, due to operational limitations, we are unable to provide pickup services in that zone. We understand your frustration, especially after receiving a booking confirmation. Please note that in some cases, bookings made outside our service area may still go through automatically, and we are currently working to improve our system to prevent this from happening in the future.
