We had good communication via WhatsApp up until after we got our luggage. Then it became very chaotic. I purchased private transportation for two, and was told someone would meet us with our name on a board. Didn’t happen! It was a woman who originally texted me after we landed, but we had several men asking us to go with them, so you can understand our confusion and mistrust. Eventually a gentleman got us to the woman who had my name. We waited several minutes and eventually a van got us to our destination. But up until then, It was a very unpleasant experience. Our return is Saturday,, so I hope our expectations are met.

Punta Cana Airport is currently undergoing renovations and the construction of a new terminal; we serve hundreds of clients like you every day, but we fully understand how unsettling it must have been to be approached by various people after collecting your luggage—especially when you were expecting someone holding a sign with your name on it. These individuals are constantly trying to sell alternative transportation services, creating a chaotic atmosphere; if we had a solution to this problem, we would have implemented it already, but it is beyond our control. We are glad that our team was ultimately able to locate you and get you safely to your destination. We greatly value your trust, and we made sure that your return transfer was clearly coordinated and went as smoothly as possible.
