On Airport Pick ups we will be waiting for you once you exit the airport. Look for a Ipad with your name displayed, Our Drivers will wear a Black, White, Blue, or Red Shirt. On Hotel Pick ups we will wait in the Lobby at the pick up time. For Villa/ Airbnb/ Rental Pick ups we will announce ourselves if possible at the front door. We will also pick up from the Port of Punta Cana for Cruise Ship Passengers. We confirm all rides 24 hours in advance, please provide proper contact information.

Not what I expected for 100 dollars. Service was more like a 12 dollars experience for a share ride. For a private ride I expected a better car, refreshments like I have had with previous companies . We got in the van , and had it was so hot in there . The air conditioner barely worked. The driver was a horrible driver. Didn’t offer to take suit cases. We had to carry our own suit case for the short walk from the airport to the parking lot and get on a hot car. In this case. A taxi would have been way better . . He drove recklessly that we almost got in 2 separate accidents . Please do not offer us the same driver for our trip back.

Greetings, Sorry for the delayed response as we are just seeing this review and are shocked. We provided a direct contact number to you for you to use with any issues or questions you may have had to chat with us via WhatsApp when confirmed the pickup and drop off and although you used it to contact us to change your pick up spot it was never used to communicate your service experience which is unfortunate. All vehicles are fully air conditioned and are passenger vans that accommodate large groups and our drivers practice safety measures to ensure passenger safety. All drivers are accident free. Normally all drivers handle the luggage at pick up and drop off either placing them in the vans from the airport pickup point or assisting the hotel bellman to unload and load them. We have one driver no assistant or dolly and the drivers have two hands at times both are full so if you do not have a airport porter at times you may have to assist in carrying the luggage to the vehicle on the short walk to the parking area. Also unfortunately in tropical climates in the summertime 90 plus degree weather with humidity vehicles that have been sitting also take a moment to cool off… I am not sure who your driver was on that day but I can assure you that this does not sound like the service we deliver. As far as water and refreshments are concerned they are not listed in our inclusions here on Viator nor are they offered due to limited space to accommodate large groups with luggage and quality control to ensure all beverages remain cold and snacks fresh which is difficult in a hot tropical climate. It’s unfortunate that your concerns were not sent via text so that we could have addressed it at the time. We understand that you feel a taxi would have been better for you and appreciate the feedback but our many repeat customers who come yearly wouldn’t agree with that statement as they love the direct line of contact, reliability, on time performance, safety, and personal service we provide. Hopefully you give us another chance in the future but if not happy travels to you.
