A diaster

We arrived at airport. There was no one to greet us as advertised. Another company had to call this company. Once we found the person, we had to walk quite a bit to get to the vehicle. It was an older car and the seat belt didn't work!

Good morning, we are sorry for your situation but the Punta Cana airport is currently under construction and all customers have to walk to reach the driver. This is not the company's fault. Thank you and sorry.

Vehicle and our driver was perfect. Driver communicated with and explained scenes along to route! Viator didn't have our driver there on time and after we booked we had to pay an extra 30.00 due to being further down the route but that was fine and I understand.
