Terrible experience. May get a reliable company or not

Our experience was terrible. We booked the same experience last time and it was wonderful This time, no contact, no email, no one there when we showed up. Totally different company. I called the number attached to the reservation and they said they don't work for them anymore and we had to pay out of pocket and find a different way to the hotel. I HATe this about viator. You can book the same exact thing ang get very different experiences.
