We provide pickup service from all hotels in the Punta Cana and Bávaro area. Pickup will take place either at the main hotel lobby or at the designated meeting point, depending on the hotel’s access policies. Exact pickup details will be confirmed after your reservation. For guests staying at Airbnb or private residences, please provide the name of the residential complex and the area (for example: White Sands, Los Corales, Cocotal, Cap Cana, etc.) so we can organize the closest pickup point. If you are unsure about your location, feel free to send us the exact address or Google Maps location after booking.
