Learn to surf on the beaches of Punta Cana during a small-group lesson capped at two or three students. Whether you're a novice or experienced surfer, your instructor can customize the lesson to best suit your needs and target specific areas to help improve your technique. Your lesson includes gear and hotel pickup and drop-off. Plus, choose from morning or afternoon times to easily fit it into your schedule.

Excellent group, organized pick up at the resort and drop off after finishing the lessons. What was really helpful was having an instructor for each person in our group so that it was easier for people to get into waves and paddle around.

I booked this excursion for my sons age 13 and 19. The instructors were great and the boys really enjoyed it. 2 hours is more than enough time. The instructor work with them and had them out in the surf within 20 minutes of arrival. Both my sons are pretty athletic but were definitely wore slap out after 1.5 hours on the water. Def a bucket list experience if you are into water sports. They really enjoyed it and would go back.

They pick us up from our secrets hotel. We’re on time and the car was nice. They provided everything we needed for surfing. Our instructors were really nice and accommodating. They worked with us. I really appreciated the pushes in every way and we were able to stand up about half the time, being beginners. Really good day. Bring lots of sunblock.

This was the highlight of our trip. There were 8 of us ranging from 15 to 47 and no one had tried surfing before. We all had a great time and were able to “surf” by the end. The instructors were so much fun. I highly recommend this for families with teenagers and young adults. Worth every penny! And plan to buy the photos and video!!!

Amazing! A must do for Beach/ocean lovers. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. Great beach. It took several attempts to get the hang of it. Once I got it it was none stop. Definitely recommend it. I am so exited to take surf lessons again. .

This place was great. We had a little mixup as we booked the day of and did not get a confirmation for pickup. We contacted Viator who honestly was not helpful and our pickup time came and went. Our hotel guest services was able to help and contacted them, told us they don't usually pickup from my hotel but they would any ways. They cam e an hour later. We had a solo pickup and went straight to the beach. The beach is breathtaking! They gave us a quick 5 minute lesson on the beach and then took us to the ocean. It was just my wife and myself and we each had our own instructor who both were great. They were able to help us both get up (first time surfers). Which was exhilarating! We ended up not using the whole two hours as we were exhausted after an hour of surfing. They told us we could hang at the beach as long as they were open. I highly recommend this experience if you want to give surfing a shot. Book at least the day before and be sure your hotel is listed for pickup.

Excellent experience for 3 tween/teen girls. All 3 girls received one on one coaching and were standing on the board within 10 minutes. They had a blast with their 1st time surfing

The instructors were great and in the water with you the whole time. We went in December and waves were aggressive so getting out to surf was sometimes challenging. The photo/video people were fantastic!

My two teenage boys did this activity. They are both athletic but neither had prior surfing experience. After very brief instruction they were both up and surfing well. Each had there own individual instructor who stayed in the surf the entire time and helped launch them on good waves. Two hours was plenty. Both boys were exhausted at the end. Company does a great job using multiple cameras and a drone to capture photos and video. You have the option to buy or not buy photos at the end. Super clean beach. Very beautiful. My wife and I went along and watched boys from the beach. Local sales folks are a little annoying but manageable.

The driver went to the wrong resort so we waited for a little but they took care of that problem as soon as they can and send another driver to pick us up, wrote group lesson but actually each of you will get a coach to stay with you in the water and help you get up as much as they can!!! All of our three coaches were super nice and helpful, the camera guy (extra charge but to me it worth it) was also very nice and even helped with another coach to hold the surfing board for my can’t-swimming-friend to let him stand up and took pictures for him!

My 18 year old brother and I (age 21) did this excursion and within 3 tries we got up! The guys that helped us were super well versed on surfing and kept us motivated. We appreciated that they were watching the weather before we went so we had the best experience we could. Really fun time and would recommend!

The pick up was on time and transfers to and back very smoothly in a comfortable mini van. The surf school is really good and the instructors (one per person) made the difference and were very helpful. The only thing they need to improve is the quality of the surf boards they are very old and tired! They need replacing. Overall great experience to do whilst visiting Punta Cana.

This was the best experience I’ve had on a vacation. Everyone was so kind, professional and helpful. We all had our own instructor which made it very easy for all of us to get up on almost all of our waves. We went into very nervous as we have never surfed and were so pleased that we were able to catch so many waves. Transportation too and from was also incredible! Picked us up at our door and the van was so clean. Definitely a must!!

I had the best time with this company! The instructors made sure we got as many waves as possible and gave good tips to stay standing up on the waves! Everyone was really friendly and went to great lengths to make sure we had an amazing time, I'll 100% be going back next time I'm here!

We loved it! Neither of us had surfed before and it was perfect for beginners. The instructors were attentive and helpful and we were able to get up on our first try. The photos we got were great and, we thought, well worth the money. The negative reviews I have read here, like getting sunburned or not immediately being able to surf, are not the fault of the surf camp.

Highly recommend the surfing. My kids 11 and 13 loved it. The instructors work really hard. I would bring cash to buy the videos and pictures and tip. They give you a better deal with cash.

The driver was waiting for us at the entry gate to the resort, and he was there in time. Our driver got us to the Macao beach fast and safe, no prob. Then I and my wife got some basic instructions (on the land in the shop) what to do on the board. Our instructors were two, I guess around 17 years old teenagers. Maybe they were good surfers, but they were not good instructors. They brought two huge boards with them, which are suitable for beginners. Thats fine. They got us in the water and got us to the starting place. Basically they timed the push on the wave so we didn’t have to paddle with our hands and just stand up right away after push and just slide down the wave. The problem was getting back to them. While I didn’t have problems at all, because I am two meters tall and 100 kg heavy, my wife was different case. She is way smaller and lighter and she really struggled to get through the white water which was pretty strong. And not even mentioning that HUGE board compare to her size. She really struggled. Hard. I had to pull her and her board and my board in the same time, while our “instructors” were having good time out in the water full of laughter and yelling on each other. I was doing THEIR job all the time.
Do no expect anything safety related. No helmets, no floating vests…nothing. And don't expect help from the teen “instructors” either. My wife told me that she was super close to drowning probably 3 times, tumbling in the white water, hit be 2-3 waves under that huge board, with NO ONE around her. I couldn’t be with her / got to her, because I was on my board and our “instructors” didn't really give a sh*t about us. They were too busy with each other.
When we finished, we didn’t get the water or fruit which were supposed to be included in price. Last thing. The price. WAY overpriced. There are more surfing schools for half the price. I booked too late and canceling was not optional. So that was purely my mistake.
All in all, if you don't care about the price, safety, or attention from instructors, you might have fun. If you do, look somewhere else.

The people who taught my daughters to surf were really nice and patient. The waves were nice and they captured an awesome video after. Beautiful location and felt very safe. Time was a full 3 hours and I feel I got a good deal on the surfing. Our experience was great.

Very good instructions and protection. The wave and the beach are very suitable for beginer to learn surfing. Get some pretty awsome pics when you are standing up on the surfing board, which could be one of the shining spot in your trip to Cap Cana. Hotel pick up service and seasonal fruit are available. Enjoy and have some fine.

Great spot. Perfect for beginners or intermediates looking for some fun, easy waves. We could stand when we got tired which also made it easy to stay in the water longer. Not too crowded because it is away from the resorts. Bring some cash for the surf shop's fresh catch restaurant.

Seul petit reproche 2 des instructeurs n'étaient pas assez impliqués, aucun conseil de leur part.
