To get exact directions to the driver upon arrival to puj airport, and have a logo on both the vehicle and driver. since we arrived later im the evening we didn't know where to go. When we did get out, we were bombarded by lots of strangers claiming to be our driver. Also I don't see a confirmation for our return trip to airport in the app.

Due to the remodelation of the terminal and the parking we will always face some new challenge to get our customers. because the security advice a new specific spot to wait for the customers. We appreciate you review us and hope you had a nice flight back home . thanks again for choosing us.
Secret Cap Cana was great. The staff was awesome. The resort I would recommend to friends. I wish that the resort had more pool activities. I’m definitely coming back.
Driver was not at airport on time. Driver didn’t have a sign to identify the company. In addition, the company did not have a sign with the names of those taking the transfer

But why ? can i have your booking number today is your lucky day. I will take care of your reservation with a 50% of on any service with the passcode i will provide you to book with us at Punta cana at any hotels in the Punta cana .
They never picked us up from the airport. The phone number to call never answered. We had to take a taxi instead which was cheaper.

Did you contact the company upon arrival to confirmed they are waiting for you ?
Do not use this company! They didn’t show up to pick us up at the airport. The contact numbers we were given are out of service. We had to pay for cabs to and from the airport. We will be disputing this charge with our card company to get a refund.

Clearly I was scammed. The company does not actually exist. I booked and paid them through Viator but when we landed they were not waiting for us at the airport. None of the other companies had even heard of “Punta Cana Transfers”.When you call them it goes to a phone with prompts that never lead you to a representative.If you call the local number it comes back with an error saying it is not a working number.Disappointed in Viator for allowing a scam to work through their website especially since I have used Viator a dozen times in the past to book excursions in Europe, the US, and the Caribbean.What a way to arrive in “paradise” with your family for a vacation to realize you were scammed. Thanks Viator and Punta Cana Transfers. Will be filing a claim with my credit card company when I return to the states.
