We offer pick-up and drop-off service for our travelers from selected hotels and accommodations in Punta Cana and nearby areas. Once the reservation is made, we recommend correctly providing the name of the hotel, resort or accommodation where you are staying, as well as an active phone number or WhatsApp to coordinate the pickup. On the day of the tour, travelers must be prepared and wait at the **main entrance, lobby or pick-up point indicated by the accommodation**, approximately **10–15 minutes before the confirmed time**. Pickup times may vary slightly depending on the location of the hotel, traffic and the number of travelers we need to pick up during the route. Our driver or representative will be identified and will be responsible for receiving the passengers and accompanying them to the transport that will take them to the departure point of the Party Boat. Please stay tuned to your phone as our team can reach you via WhatsApp or call to confirm the exact pickup location. In some hotels and resorts, excursion vehicles are not allowed directly to the reception or rooms. In these cases, travelers should go to the ** meeting point authorized by the hotel**, which can be the main entrance, the transport area, the lobby or a specific point indicated in advance by our team. We recommend only taking what is necessary for the tour and being ready at the indicated time to avoid delays. If the traveler is not at the pick-up point when transport arrives, our team will attempt to contact you before continuing the route. After completing the experience, transportation will be arranged back to the same hotel or to the pre-arranged return point, depending on the location and conditions of service. **Important:** the exact pick-up time will be confirmed prior to the excursion. Because we make pick-ups from different hotels and areas, transfer time may vary.
