The cars are great. I wouldn't want tp travel any other way. However the booking was "private round trip" . Couple of issues 1. I had tp reach out to say when are you going to get my flight details for pick up. 2. They were late for pick up 3. I asked my pick driver will you be the return driver and when should I send the details. He said he did not have me for round trip and called HQ I guess they talked and eventually took my return details. 4. The night before my return pick about 8 or 9 pm they asked again for my flight detail and when I wanted to be picked up I reiterated the same info as before pick up 11:30am. 10pm I get a request saying 10:30am is better because of traffic. Ok. 5. They arrive early we are ready but say that they have 2 other guest to pick up.... The driver was great he played great music got us to the airport safely and was a pleasure. All that said this was not 100% what I paid for.
