I was never able to get in contact with the driver despite trying to get a hold of him. Driver name was Miguel Marte. I ended up getting a taxi to resort and back. I’m out $71 dollars and viator won’t give me a refund. I’ll never book with them again.

Nothing at all wrong with the transportation. Gentlemen arrived on time, loaded up our bags took us to our resort. Advertisement shows a black suv. Pickup service was a white multi passenger van.
