Excellent service… arrived at the airport picked up luggage’s and once we stepped outside we immediately saw a sign with our name. Very friendly staff, we were given essential info during our 30 minute ride to the resort.

We were supposed to have an English speaking driver, and we did not say the language barrier was difficult, and we were supposed to have water offered to us and we did not. And we were under the impression we would be in a van not a private car.

Transport did not show up and had to take a taxi! Contacted Viator and rep said they would contact transfer company and how many hours we would wait at airport???? Not going to wait for someone that should have already been there to meet us! Was told that they would have to see if company would refund us our money!!! WTH! 0 stars!!!

My family of 4 including my mom who is in a wheelchair used this service. Josias met us at the Airport and he was very friendly and professional. He welcomed us to Punta Cana and the ride to Grand Bahia Esmeralda was good. Would recommend this service.

They were ok, I was told I would see a guy holding a sign with my name on it. I didn't see that guy till I was basically out of the airport and on the main road... granted we were 22 people, however we made 3 separate bookings, 2 for 10 people and 1 for 2... there were a ton of people asking to give rides, so there was no shortage of that... anyway not bad, wouldn't repeat though

Vehicle had broken windows on the van and overall appearance looks like the van would breakdown. Several seats inside the van was broken and u useable. We were shocked when we saw the transport

Let me begin by saying they respond quickly to all my questions prior to arrival. I seen my driver with my name on sign easily and right on time. I didn't need to wait not one second. My issue was there was no beverages like it mentions and my driver didn't speak English which it was stated on booking driver will be able to speak.

Found our driver right away, as stated. Alejandro was a pleasure, and kindly offered to stop for a cervesa. He was a gentleman and handled the ladies' luggage. Arrived at our hotel safe and quickly.

I asked for my refund because I waited 30 minutes walking back and forth where everyone gets picked up and they are no where to be found. They said they were there but no one ever showed up. Horrible experience.

Once again we used your service in punta Cana. The driver was wonderful he accommodated 6 or 7 adults the ride was pleasant and it was very economical. My children hopped in a cab on their way into the hotel and it was $70 others. So obviously they got taken. I would always use viator

Diony picked us up, waiting for us when we got off plane. He offered us cold drinks which was nice! We used them for roundtrip and definitely would use them again.

Our driver was polite and deive very safely. They were there on time and the van was comfortable and roomy.
Only 4 stars because the driver said we owe an additional $20 because of some error. We refused to pay it directly to him and asked that his company speak with Viator. He tried hard to get us to pay, but I put in the Grand Sirenis hotel as mu destination and Viator gave me a price of $28 BOTH (to & from airport) times that I booked transportation.

We took the private transfer instead of taking the bus and stopping at a number of hotels. This was best decision and will keep doing this every time we come to Punta Cana.
