Great experience for the price!

We had a really fun time on this boat overall. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because we were picked up about an hour later than the scheduled start time, which left us awkwardly waiting on the beach for a while. Once on board, though, the drinks and snacks were perfect and the staff did a great job keeping the energy fun—even when we got caught in the rain a few times. I do wish we had more time to snorkel; we only had about 20 minutes in one spot, and I might have booked a different excursion had I known that in advance. That said, if you’re looking for a party vibe at a sandbar, this is definitely the boat for you.

Good day! To start the tour, there was a line and a woman who felt she was privileged threw an entire tantrum (literally) because she was told to get in the back of the line. So to please her, they allowed her to go in front of those of us who had been waiting patiently to board the boat. The boat was broke down for about 30’minutes. Which I can probably give a pass as things happen. Once the boat was fixed, we were able to continue on our tour. It took a minute, into the tour, but we finally received the “nachos with salsa and fruit on our return to port. So you may want to eat before you go. In addition, when we paid for this tour, not that we expected exclusivity, but there are others that are boarding our boat at the party area and receiving free drinks. When I asked about the drink that was being served, I was informed it was mamajuana and would be a $5 cost. He then attempted to offer it to me for free after he realized what he had done. The music being played is not for the guests on board but “friends” of the crew. This is no longer an enjoyable tour. There is no tissue or any sanitizer, soap or water to be used after using the restroom so bring your own.

This got 1 star because it wouldnt let me submit with no stars. To be hinest it doesnt deserve ANY stars. This definitely deserves a F grade. This was false advertisement. The boat does not include water slide like shown in the picture. There were no Dominican dancers or nachos as listed under what's included, and it was not 4 hours in length. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to waste their time or money. Shuttle bus was also late to pick us up from hotel. Horrible Horrible experience.

The Punta Cana operators are very disorganized. This is not a party boat and far from being a VIP snorkeling. We requested a Spanish speaking and it was English so we didn’t understand anything they were talking about. They didn’t have enough drinks as they over back the boat. I don’t recommend this tour!

Don’t waste your time

The driver was late picking us up crime hotel. Then his driving was reckless. When we arrived to the beach a guy who didn’t speak any English used pointing gestures to guide us to a speed boat and take us to the “ party boat” once there we went to the snorkeling area but they didn’t give us instructions as I had to help another customer with her gear and tell show her how to use the snorkel equipment. The photographer tried to carve an arm and a leg for 20 pictures. Also we got a drive by view of the dolphins as we ride past…. No dolphin show. We didn’t even stay out on the boat the full time allotted. I was not satisfied with this excursion at all.

Paradise excursions did not pick us up at our 9:00 am scheduled time. We got there at 8:00 am to be sure not to miss the ride. They never showed up after waiting almost 2 hours. We headed back to our hotel room and called Viator. They offered a refund. We found out that the trip was canceled but we were not informed. Paradise called us and mistakenly said we were on The 1:30 excursion. That was not true and we had the paperwork to prove it. They did offer the 1:30 excursion and we accepted it under the condition that it be half price due to wasting our morning. We were picked up at 1:30 and taken to a shop to buy souvenirs. I understand the reason but shouldn’t that be on the itinerary? We made it to the beach and were dropped off. We looked for Paradise excursions but there was no shop or booth to be found. We asked other operators and they had never heard of it. Finally, we found someone that directed us to another booth. After waiting in line in a chaotic environment, we finally got our partial refund. We went to the beach at 3:00. There was a party boat loaded with people. We were on shore with another 50 or so waiting to take an overloaded boat to the overloaded party boat. It’s good thing the water was always shallow. No masks were worn by anyone. The snorkeling was really awful. We were taken to a small “reef” with bleached dead corral. We saw 3 small black and white fish and were called back I. After about 25 minutes. Then we went to another spot where dozens of other boats were anchored. It was basically a place to drink and urinate. The water was exceptionally warm. They did pass fruit around and served rum drinks and had chips and salsa. If your looking for just a place to party wit others, this was OK. If you want to snorkel, forget it. It’s not a very well organized iced venture.
