Very bad experience. The agency changed the pick-up time from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. the night before departure, without clear organization. The day of departure, I was ready and in front of the hotel door from 6:55 am. The transfer never came. After several calls, the agency finally responded by saying that I was not ready at the agreed time — which is totally wrong. I waited unnecessarily until 8:44. This is an unacceptable experience and a total lack of professionalism. I consider this a real scam. Request for refund made. Case to follow
