Before booking, I contacted the company directly to confirm that there was availability for the fishing trip I wanted. After receiving confirmation, I proceeded with the reservation and paid in full. On the day of the trip, I arrived at my hotel lobby on time and waited for over two hours for the scheduled pickup. Only after I had already paid and spent hours waiting did the company send me a message stating that they were completely booked and would not be picking me up. This information should have been communicated before accepting my payment, especially since I had specifically contacted them in advance to verify availability. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and questionable business practices. Accepting payment for a trip that is allegedly already fully booked is unacceptable. The inconvenience and disappointment caused by their actions significantly impacted my vacation plans.
