Not having any answers to my 2 messages from the tour operator, I contacted viator who kindly answered me but who did not solve the problem.
Fortunately the receptionist of our hotel was able to contact them around 6pm and tell us that the departure was at 7.15am the next morning. Our guide was notified the night before too.
He was friendly but lacked skills.
Fortunately the stay at Felipe's in Taquile will remain an unforgettable experience.
