Terrible experience

Absolutely horrible!! Viator was a no show and left 7 of us stranded. I called and the representative said I sent an email give it 24 hours for response! I said NO! Cancel and refund me immediately. I have used Viator before but now never again! Such a horrible experience and hassle for customers!

Did Not Show Up & Did Not Respond to Calls/Texts

We booked this company for a transfer from the Puerto Vallarta airport to our resort. We texted them, and they did not respond. We called them, and nobody answered the phone. We waited 1 hour at the airport and no one arrived, so we took a taxi to our resort. We requested a refund through Viator.

Great driver! Easy to locate when we exited the airport. We asked to stop by a store to pick up distilled water for a CPAP machine and he did. The van was comfortable for all of us (group of 6)

Don't Do It! Find Another Ride.

We booked private transportation from the airport in Puerto Vallarta upon arrival and then a return at the end of our stay. Communication prior to travel was great. We were told that there would be someone with a sign with our name when we exited the terminal. There was not. While there were several other companies all in the same location, all with names on signs, we found no one after walking all around outside the terminal. We finally had someone from another company try to call the local tour operator whose number was on the paperwork and there was no answer. I finally had to call Viator as it was very hot and we had been looking for 25-30 minutes. I was told to look for a man with a blur polo shirt with the company logo on it. FINALLY we found a man who had a sheet of paper on a clip board (but who did not have a polo shirt with a said logo) who appeared to get a random cab driver who took us to our resort. The name of the company on our paperwork was completely different from the name he gave us. I called the day before and the day of our pick up for departure. The person I spoke to tried to tell me that the mix up on arrival was due to the large terminal....Ummmm, it is NOT large and the area outside is actually very small. At least do better when you make up excuses for failure. They were only 10 minutes late picking us up to take us back to the airport at the end of our stay so I guess we should be happy about that?

Great service! Very professional and organized company. Our friendly representative was exactly where I was told she would be at the airport. She walked us over to our driver who very expeditiously got us to our hotel. Everything went smoothly!❤️
