We were told the driver would be waiting for us outside the arrivals area with a sign with our name on it. No sign. After contacting the company, they told us to talk to their representative. No one had a sign for the company. We found the representative by asking random people. I paid extra, as compared to taxi, to have a pleasant experience, this was terrible.

Thought we hired a ride No one was there with sign like stated After walking all over in the heat with a handicap father and 12 year old was told to go to taxi line? That was a mile long what was point in pre ordering False advertisement would never hire this again Girl wa extremely rude to us and didn’t know I understood Spanish and was talking crap about us and then what’s app guy said we will get you priority service walk across airport to another spot. Again my dad being handicap this was dreadful! We got there for her to say wait here well they got everyone else taxi’s and made us wait even longer! Uber was 15.00 don’t waste your money here

I booked a private car for twice the price of an airport taxi. When we got there we were told we needed to walk across the pedestrian Bridge to the other side of the highway with all our luggage. When I booked on Viator the listing showed cars picking people at the airport. We couldn’t walk with all our luggage and the dog up and down all of he stairs and distance. Now I’m trying to get a refund. The service said I have to take it up with my the booking agency. I paid $80 for pick up service vs an airport taxi that was $35. I’m super disappointed with the whole experience

We waited over an hour for our driver. He ended up texting us that he was with another customer and the traffic was bad. After 1.5 hours, we ended up grabbing a cab. Not the start to holiday we were looking for!
