Definitely use them again. Easy to find upon exiting airport. Within 3 minutes we were headed to our hotel with details on how to arrange return transfer. Driver was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of details about the area and recommendations.
I used the same company then to make excursion plans and again no issues at all. And recommended excursions were fantastic!

They are on top of everything when you arrive, but leaving was another story. We did not have a late model car that was exclusively for us for our return to the airport. First, they were late, pickup was to be at 9:40AM, depart at 9:45AM. I had called the rep that works at the hotel 5 times in a row and she did not answer. Which when we spoke she said, if your ride is not out there, call me. Went to see her and she called, which they said stuck in traffic, be there in 10-minutes which puts at 10AM now, okay, no worries, just wish you would have answer the phone or someone update us. After a short wait, a gentlemen walks up and says he is with GrayLine, no name tag, no shirt. I called the rep, she answered this time, and asked does she know who this person is. She said he is with us. I advised her that he doesn't have a shirt, and is telling us to take a cab and we will not have to pay. And she said yes, because we can't get the normal cars into the hotel. Which is crazy because we were dropped off at the lobby entrance, Uber picks up at the lobby entrance, our boat captain picked us up at the entrance. I don't like the switch at the end and lying about it. As the porters told us, they can get in, they just don't have the cars available.

The pickup was fine. But I paid for a roundtrip and only recieved one pickup. I needed to switch my pickup day and was told that could easily be done. But when I contacted someone, they said the transfer already happened. But the first pickup only happened, not the second one! So I paid $92 for ONE pickup. I will not be using this service again. Uber was only $25. This is taking advantage of travelers. It's gross.

I booked this through Viator. Viator could not provide me with pick up info to return to the airport. I tried right up until the night before. I requested a refund since they did not provide round trip service. Viator refused stating the tour operator, Gray line stated they came to pick me up at the hotel and I was a no-show. I had to call an Uber because I had no information on the pick up nor did Viator even know the information..

I was led to believe that the company would take me to my resort. However, upon landing in Puerto Vallarta I was told it would be an extra $200 round-trip since they did not go to region five. I took a different way to get out to my resort and would never use this company again.

I booked a round trip transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The trip from the airport to the hotel went just as planned, but they missed our trip from the hotel to the airport, leaving us stressed and having to find alternate transportation for our departure.

Grayline told us they could not find our reservation even though it was confirmed and it took an hour of calling Viator and Grayline before they picked us up from the airport.

Pickup at the airport was confusing but once we found them, it went well. Got to our hotel without issue.
They handed me a paper and told me to take it to the front desk the day before I left to arrange for transportation back. The next morning (day after I got there) I had received a text at 0730 about my pickup at 9am to be taken back to airport. I woke up after 9am and was told to just call the number on the paper they gave me and the customer assistance would help.
The day before I left, I called both numbers on the paper, neither of which went through. I went to the front desk at my resort with my paper and they told me they couldn’t help me as the gray line rep had left for the day.
Upon waking up the day before I left, I also messaged the tour guide on Viator and explained my situation, asking for help. I asked for conformation that we could still be picked up on 4/24, which was the day I stated online when I purchased the transfer, as well as the first time I messaged the tour guide after booking. They didn’t reply for 24 hours, until we were packed up, in a taxi, on the way to the airport.
Upon requesting a partial refund from Viator, Viator customer service told me I could not have a partial reimbursement despite not receiving the service , because “they were prepared to take me to the airport.”
If you have no issues, hypothetically would be great company. But lack of customer service, lack of answers through customer support chat & tour guide chat, and huge miscommunication. Very dissatisfied, will be refuting charge with my bank since Viator won’t refund.
Don’t waste your money on a transfer. We fit 4 adults, 6 suitcases, and 4 backpacks in one taxi and it was only $40 total. Taxi instead.

Do not book, take a taxi instead. It is significantly cheaper and more reliable to take a taxi from Puerto Vallarta Airport to your destination. The shuttle service never arrived to pick us up from our resort to take us to the airport, and we had to grab a taxi. Taxi rides are about $10 or less. I also attempted to contact the provider several times regarding a partial refund and the failure to pick us up, but received no response after multiple attempts. DO NOT BOOK THIS! I repeat, DO NOT BOOK!

Speaking more Spanish thsn English is terrible as a American tourist company seem to Carter towards Spanish speaking individuals than folks who can only speak English also asking nine speaking Spanish for tips when leaving when trip is over but allowing Spanish to get off without being ask that's terrible also tips are not mandatory we already paid for the tour please do better making everyone feel comfortable

I've had smoother transfers at other destinations. The aggressive time share sales guys will trick you when you arrive and are looking for your Transfer. It would be easier to have clear instructions as to who we are meeting and where. They packed us in a shuttle van with AC, which was nice. This is when I noticed that others were just jumping into taxis and were paying a lot less. A family of 3 jump onto our shuttle and paid cash right there for cheaper than what I paid online.
Lesson learned.
Instead of pick up being rearranged like you're paying for online, we had to hunt down a sales rep to book our return in hotel, this step is a waste of time. I prebooked to avoid this hassle but again,
Lesson learned!
Just come and pay for taxi which so many are doing. Save yourself some money.. I know that's what I'll do next time. Rep told us we might not get a shuttle back and there's a chance we will get a taxi; which they pay for at a cheaper rate which I could have the hotel arrange for us.

Great limo service. I looked into what company Costco uses in Puerto Vallarta and this is who they use so I figured I couldn’t go wrong booking them. A shared van brought me to my hotel in Old town. They arranged a private taxi to pick me up as I imagine I was probably the only person that needed pickup the area. The taxi driver arrived way earlier then scheduled. Of note, my flight was canceled during the Alaska Air door falling off issue. They were not able to accommodate a last minute pickup change.

Okay so being picked up was worth the cost, yes you can get a taxi or an Uber for $60 cheaper, but having a driver waiting and ready to pick you up was helpful and convenient. However, upon returning to the airport, Grey line does in fact just call a taxi for you. In fact, you will be on the phone confirming the details with them longer than it'd take to just call a taxi yourself. According to Grey Line they are unable to perform the return trip to the airport due to federal regulations. Sadly, Viator is allowing this company to offer services they cannot fully provide. Save yourself $60 and just order the taxi yourself.

We had a miscommunication and our shuttle left without us. Lorenzo, who was the Gray Line Represenatative at Dreams Vallarta Bay went above and beyond to resolve the situation, even going so far as to pay out of his pocket to get us a cab to the airport.
For having great employees like Lorenzo, I would highly recommend Gray Lines transportation.

Save your money with the airport transportation. They use a regular taxi not affiliated with greyline. The taxi will charge you $6 usd one way from hotel zone to airport while grey line was $46 usd one way. We asked the cab driver and he said he does not work for grey line. There is no shuttle they probably pay the cab driver the $6 and pocket the rest.

We booked Gray Line for Puerta Vallarta roundtrip shuttle from airport to hotel. Per company instruction I confirmed our flight information 24 hours prior. We arrived at the airport to find that our names were not listed on reps paperwork and had to wait/were delayed while rep called to verify our booking. We were given a reps name with a particular time to meet the next day to book return transportation and rep was a no show. A rep from another tour company made the reservation for us with Gray Line. At this point I learned while booking same service for a third friend, the price was half the cost! Third friend paid $20 USD each way while my friend and I paid $44 each way. I emailed the company to inquire about discrepancy in price and never received a response!

Do not book this company. They are not organized, or professional. I booked a week prior to my trip and was charged on my CC. I got an email with a link to a 'ticket' and printed it off. That was my only confirmation. Arrival was chaotic. Finding them was like a needle in a haystack. I walked the entire parking lot before someone pointed them out. They told me they had not record of my booking, but put me on a shuttle anyway. I called 48 hours before my flight home. I was assured that a van would be there to pick me up at 9:40 am. It came and went... no van. I kept trying to call them and all I got was hang ups. Finally, got someone on the phone who told me they had no record of me and there was not car available. I took a taxi. NEVER AGAIN. Taxis are cheaper and more convenient. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
