Gonzalo was awesome!! We absolutely loved our tour! It was gorgeous and so so much fun! The dirt roads and the vibe was through the charts. Thank you so much Gonzalo for this ride!
The one thing I wouldnt get too cought up about is the tequila tour. It's fine, but don't waste your money one the bottle they sell. Have a margarita at the bar instead and enjoy the tasting but move on. You can get way better tequila elsewhere at stores. That said, the passion fruit margarita is awesome.
Other than that, I recomend 10/10. We saw cows on the road which we thought was cool, birds, views, and a nice little plunge on the hill at the restaurant uphill.
We didnt eat at the restaurant as we prefer street food and more rustic experience foodwise in this country, but it seemed fine. It was also the afternoon when we went so we werent very hungry.
Thanks again Gonzalo ! You were absolutely prefect as our tour guide and we hope ithers get to enjoy your company as much as we did.

It was a great experience overall. The tour guides, Angel and the girl leader were really fun and cool. This is a good activity to do while in PV that isn’t related to the beach. You get to see the sierra and other side of PV. The tequila tasting was a lot of fun! The staff was all about safety which was incredibly important for our group.
The only downside is that they do have their photographers so they sell their photos as packages and that was expensive so we didn’t get it and they didn’t sell the group picture we wanted but that’s okay we understand the hustle. Overall recommend! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our time spent riding ATVs with Angel. He was a great guide who took us along a fun route which led us along city streets, and eventually into the jungle and the mountains.
We stopped and did a tequila tasting, and had lunch at a delicious restaurant with the option for a refreshing swim in a natural watering hole. It was pretty easy to get the hang of driving the ATV too which was an initial concern of mine. Our ride was the perfect length, definitely felt like we got our money’s worth.
Tip, the fewer bags and items you bring the better as there isnt really much room to store things on the ATV. Lastly, bring sunscreen, you’ll be in the sun a lot and will need to reapply.

This was a reasonably priced tour. We previously have toured with Estigo Tour group and I although it was decent, it didn’t quite measure up. I’m not a fan of the obligatory tequila tasting (seems they all offer this). The lunch was good but we were warned to check prices and told they wouldn’t charge the 50 pesos per person if we ordered drinks/food, but this was not the case. There was a hefty “tip” added to the bill at the restaurant. The tour started quite late. The guide Angel was excellent and we felt safe on the tour with a blocker on the way there. The photos offered at the end were nice enough but I don’t need that many photos of myself where my face is fully covered with a bandana and googles. Overall a decent experience for the price.

This trip was the highlight of our vacation. Our guide took such great care of us. The tequila tasting was really fun and the food at the restaurant afterwards was delicious. Fast, fun, and safe!!!!!

Our tour was scheduled from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Although the operators staff arrived early, the shop don’t unlock the front door until exactly 10:00. After filling out release of liability forms we waited inside the shop until almost 10:40 as the guide was late. Scenery was great and the quads were decent. Tequila stop for tasting had the owner selling $1,000 pesos bottles. Lunch was not included but we were taken to a beautiful restaurant in the mountains. Lunch was about $600 pesos and they wouldn’t accept your credit card unless you provided ID and they recorded drivers licence numbers. My credit card bill shows the restaurant ones by the ATV company. A guy on a motorcycle followed us taking pictures that we reviewed on an iPad at lunch. He wanted $3,000 pesos for a digital copy of all or $800 pesos for a single picture… outrageous! The guide was great and we enjoyed the tour.

I don't know where the other reviewers went but this was basically a tour to go to tequila tasting and a restaurant. There was no real nice scenery nor was there any insights on where we were traveling. I would not recommend this tour.

This company said it was their last day in business. Government shutting them down. The vibe was not upbeat to say the least. And no Tequila tasting for some reason. Possibly Viator should be aware of these situations. We were told it was their last tour before government shut them down. Kind of a down.

Such a fun experience from start to finish! The ride along the Río Cuale up into the Sierra Madre Mountains was scenic, a little dusty (in the best way), and perfectly paced for both beginners and thrill-seekers. Our guides were friendly, safety-minded, and gave great local insight. The tequila tasting at the end was a delicious bonus - I learned a lot and found a new favorite. I’d gladly do it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for adventure in PV!

This experience was so fun the guys were amazing they spoke good English for this who need it and make sure that everyone is keeping up you go to beautiful places on the tour and it's all very safe they work together to stop traffic so you can go safely, the photographer is amazing if you opt to pay for the photos they take he will favorite you on the way back to make sure you get the most for your buck only 1000 MXN for tons of photos together I would highly recommend!!

Fantastic tour! The guides were great and very kind. Be prepared to take a refreshing dip at the waterfall and have a delicious meal at the local restaurant. Definitely recommend this tour—you see the “real” Puerto Vallarta plus the mountains. The tour is a little over 3 hours once everyone gets checked in. You will also get a little dusty so don’t wear anything you aren’t willing to get dirty.

The excursion itself was enjoyable, but we were scammed out of an additional $50 for photos that we still haven’t received — and it’s now day four. This charge was on top of the original $100 fee we already paid.
We’ve called and emailed for updates multiple times with no response. The photo receipt clearly states a 28- to 48-hour delivery window, and we’ve passed that with no confirmation, no pictures, and no reassurance.
To make matters worse, once we arrived, we were told we had to make copies of our IDs or passports for the police — something that was never communicated to us beforehand. This last-minute request added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing day.
All in all, the lack of communication, surprise requests, and the fact that we still haven’t received what we paid for made this a subpar experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless they make things right.

What a fun experience!! I was nervous booking this tour at first since this is our first time here in PVR and locals warned us about tour scams. But our tour guide, Angel, was great! Along with the rest of the staff, manita and pedro. They made sure we felt safe with the plan and kept us safe throughout the tour. The river was closed due to dry conditions, but we took a detour through a viewpoint looking out to the Sierra Madre Mountains and it was spectacular. All staff were professional yet friendly, and gave us good tips and advice for the rest of our time here. If you’re looking for a tour and company to do it with, this is definitely the vibe! We plan on coming back here with the rest of our friends and family, and we’ll be going back to Angel, Manita, and Pedro :))

We were a little worried when riding through the town, but it ended up being a great experience and a ton of fun!! The stop at the restaurant after the ride up the mountain was great. We were hoping for the waterfall and River run but we are here in the dry season so there was no water so they took us on an extra road up the other side of the mountain. Very fun very professional and they kept everyone very safe. It was a great experience.

Exciting time in the hills above Puerto Vallarta! Our guide was very experienced and made safely his main priority, especially since we had to drive through town to get to the hills. We stopped a a delightful restaurant alongside the river where we could buy food and drinks. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to have fun and doesn’t mind getting dirty. (They provide goggles, scarf and helmet)

Everyone was very friendly and it was fun to cruise around and see more of the town, but it wasn’t at all an adrenaline packed experience. They wanted you to stay incredibly close to the person in front of you in a single file line the entire time (honestly, too close for comfort at times) at relatively low speed and then we stopped at 2 restaurants where they made it seem like you had to buy something. We spent way more time at random mediocre restaurants and way less time actually riding ATVs. The tequila tasting at the end was just in the back of their office. The tequila was pretty good, but tasted watered down. I’m not sure what the other ATV tours in the area are like, but if you are looking to truly rip around on some ATV’s, this definitely isn’t it. Overall, I still had a fun time, but it wasn’t what I was expecting.

We had a great time ATV’ing in Puerto Vallarta with my partner and our 8-year-old son! The tour was well-organized and family-friendly. Our guide was professional, attentive, and very safety-conscious, which helped us feel comfortable throughout the experience—especially with a younger rider.
The tour begins by navigating through some regular city streets (which felt safe with the guide’s direction), but then quickly shifts into more scenic terrain, including hills, dirt paths, and lush surroundings. We made a two stops along the way to rest and take in the views. One of the stops even had a small restaurant where you could grab a meal or drink. At the end of the tour, there was a tequila tasting, which we appreciated being able to opt out of since we had our son with us and we don’t drink.
Overall, it was a fun and memorable adventure—exciting but never too intense, and a great way to see a different side of Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend for families looking for a bit of adventure! We would definitely do it again.

Oscar and Angel were our guides and they were great! We had two stops, one for beverages and then the last stop for food. The last stop had a heated pool. At the end, we had a tequila tasting back at their office. Overall, we had an amazing time and it was definitely worth what we paid for!

Definitely worth the price, our tour drove is through town and up into the mountains to a beautiful rancho where you can enjoy a dip into a natural spring and small waterfall. From there the little restaurant while a bit pricey is worth it food was delicious. The ATVs are ez to drive and very comfortable.
