We never got picked up. No one ever called. We were just about stranded at the airport. Tha k goodness for the taxis

Our driver was VERY helpful. He gave us tips for where to go and what to eat. We got where we needed to go and he handled all of our luggage.

My ride NEVER ARRIVED. We called customer service & we're told we'd have to wait for it to be escalated. I asked to speak to a supervisor & was told that there was no one else I could talk to. I paid for a local taxi although I'd already paid for a private transfer through Viator.

Great! Was on time and very nice. Our flight was very delayed and he still showed up. Super Punctual. Would recommend!
We were never picked up for our transfer to airport and had to call uber so we didn't miss our flight on Mon morning! No response in txt or phone call to say they were running late or change pickup time! They didn't answer my phone calls and viator also could not get her to respond either! Why pay this expensive private pay when it did NOT give any ease of mind or comfort to my transportation needs!!!
Our plane was late leaving Vieques, and I notified our driver of this along with flying time. So she did have our new arrival time. She confirmed receipt of information and said she was parked between pillar 6-7. I texted from baggage claim, we were on our way out. She was not parked between 6-7, I texted her again and she was now 15 minutes away. We waited 30 minutes for her to pick us up. When we complained, her thoughts were our fault, our plane was late. We felt nothing was to gain complaining so we all rode in silence to our hotel.
Luz was great ... very professional and friendly. She met us at the airport right on time, even though our flight was delayed, and got us to the cruise ship timely despite traffic.
Client arrived at airport for transfers expecting sign at the airport and a nice vehicle for her and all of her friends. There was miscommunication with the luggage amount and that was eventually resolved although it was difficult and client was getting frustrated. What she was most disappointed in was that the vehicle that arrived to pick them up was a cab not a van. Had she wanted a cab she would have just called one from the airport.

We didn’t expect the long lines for Covid clearance at the airport. Our driver was very patient. He had another pickup so he showed me where to wait and came back for us.
